We hope that you will love your Blush clothes as much as we do. In the unlikely event that you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please see below our returns policy.

Return policy
You can return your order within 14 days, from the date of receiving your product(s). Made-to-measure orders and purchase(s) made through our retail stores, are not subject to any returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault present at the time, of the receipt of the product(s).
If you would like to exchange an order, just get in touch and a member of our team will assist you with this.
Return guidelines
The returned product(s) must not display any signs of wear, and have their original tags still attached. We recommend that you send your return back, via a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for any missing, untracked parcels. The product(s) must arrive back in perfect condition, along with a copy of your original invoice.
Refund
For order cancellations, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase, including the shipping fee, if the order has not yet been dispatched.
For returns and exchanges, you will be refunded the amount paid excluding the shipping fee. We aim that you should receive your refund within 14 working days.
Please note that we do not offer any free returns.
